All-on-4™

Implant Denture Stabilization – Improves Chewing, Smiling, Life.

All on 4™ is a relatively new technique in the United States but has been performed for many years with great success in Europe. The technique uses fewer implants that are placed at mechanical inclinations to maximize support. The use of angled implant placement allows us to avoid anatomical areas (sinus and nerves) that previously required bone grafting. Eliminating the need for bone grafting saves months in healing and is a much more affordable option for patients. (Using fewer implants means lower cost and less invasive procedures)

These procedures can be done on patients with existing dentures, or where there are still teeth present. If an existing denture is in good condition, and the bone is healthy, the denture can be converted to a provisional “All-on-4” prosthesis at the same visit when implants are placed. Additionally, in many cases where hopeless teeth are still present, they can be removed, implants placed and the provisional prosthesis attached the same day. In both cases, a final prosthesis (denture) with a titanium reinforced bar will need to be made several months later by your restorative dentist.
